Tea time at Harrods with a new consumer range from Genuine Cakes

From the 18th of July 2013, Harrods will stock the gluten-free range of cakes in its famous food hall. While Genuine Cakes is best known for its delectable wedding and celebration cakes, the loaf cakes, which start at £12.50 and come in mouth-watering chocolate and lemon flavours, will be for shoppers who feel like an indulgent treat. Genuine Cakes is also offering Harrods customers a 6” vanilla-flavoured gluten-free celebration cake priced at £17.50 for customers looking to buy for a special occasion.

Genuine Cakes is the sister company of high-end wedding cake designer, GC Couture, whose creations have been featured in fashion bibles and wedding magazines alike and whose “fruitcake without the bits”, also available through Genuine Cakes, and one of its 41 adventurous flavours, has become a cult favourite among trendy London brides.
