Let Ben’s Serve You a Feast before You Fast

Before fasting for Yom Kippur, Ben’s Kosher Delicatessen Restaurant & Caterers is offering its Catered Holiday Dinner special that serves six guests. These specials will be available between September 9 and September 13.

Ben’s offers a choice of Roasted Chicken with savory stuffing, mashed potatoes and a relish bowl or Roast Brisket with egg barley and mushrooms and a relish bowl (each for $99.99), Homemade Stuffed Cabbage with potato pudding and a relish bowl or Israeli-Orange Chicken Breast with cranberry relish and rice pilaf (each for $119.99). Each package comes with a whole unsliced challah, a choice of Cole slaw, health salad or cucumber salad and a choice of string beans or broccoli (plain or almondine) or sugar snap peas with sesame seeds.

This catering package is ideal for customers who wish to keep the tradition of family gatherings during holiday meals alive, but do not have the time to prepare a holiday meal because of hectic work and life schedules. Catering is also convenient for the growing population of senior citizens; as people age, it becomes more difficult for them to cook and entertain a large group of family members. More people are using Kosher caterers at Yom Kippur and Ben’s provides an authentic holiday meal that its non-Kosher counterparts cannot match.

Ben’s Yom Kippur Feast before the Fast can be picked up until 4 p.m. on September 13th when the stores will close in observance of Yom Kippur. Ben’s will reopen on September 15 during regular business hours.
